CheckPoint Certified Security Engineer (CCSE)


This course provides you with an understanding of the key concepts and skills necessary to manage a firewalled network on both internal and external networks to gain maximum security from the firewall and resolve firewall performance issues.
The following topics are discussed in this course:


1.    Use and configure user defined tracking..
2.    Use SYNDefender in a firewall setup.
3.    Configure and use content security.
4.    Encryption and VPN.
5.    Load Balancing
6.    Managing VPN/Firewall and its security policies remotely.
7.    Account Management Client.
8.   SecuRemote.

This certification is for end-users who have sophisticated security requirements for their enterprise networks and engineers managing multiple FireWall-1 systems.

Prerequisites: CCSA certification

DURATION :
The above courses are offered in 2 formats.
Regular 2 day sessions on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm or Sundays from 10am to 6pm
Bootcamp 1 day sessions on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm or Sundays from 10am to 6pm

Weeknight sessions can also be arranged from 6pm to 9pm.
Self Study materials can also be purchased. Contact us for details.
